I am enjoying learning more about energy and the role that it plays in my life. I am working on my own energy and finding so many fascinating ideas. In the process of examining energy I was inspired to start work on a new series of art relating to the Seven Chakras. Each has a symbol and color associated with them and I am trying to capture the essence of each in my work. My artwork today is focusing on the Fourth Primary Chakra Anahata. It is fascinating to me the role that energy plays in our lives. The more Quantum Physics research I read the more I become convinced that we are energy and it is all around us. This brings me to Chakras and my understanding that these are energy points (subtle (non-physical) energy channels in our bodies). I am excited to learn more and in the process of learning I will be creating artworks focused on these colors and energies. So much fun to work with color and light and imagination…..

Some of my followers may have noticed that I have not had much to say in the last month or so.  I’ve been on a visually creative bender and there is no end in sight.  It’s that whole “irresistible urge to create” thing…So I am speaking through my art.:)

Colorful Pattern Of Existence

Colorful realities entwined in an everlasting dance of extreme yellow and blue. Spinning around and around in an attempt to create life.

Pattern forming and loving the nature of this dimension. A bright reminder to enjoy the day ahead and relish the facts of what is in front of us.

Of the center in it all. A brilliant glimpse of another idea. A place to wander and to rest.

Existence is temporary and love is forever. Stay close to what it is that you adore and happiness will not fall far behind.

I had an idea to “Color Fusion” a goat.  I absolutely adore Nubians and remember fondly life on the farm with these sweet creatures.  I have lots of pictures of goats in my stash. The only problem is that all of my photos are from around 30 to 35 years old.  They are blurry and unusable.  My wonderful collector Laura Carpenter of Texas came to my rescue.  She took the time to photograph her lovely animals and donate the results to me.  And here is what I did…

True story.  When I was a little girl, we used to sleep with the goats in the barn some nights as a “camp out”.  Me and my 3 siblings would all take our sleeping bags and nestle in the hay next to our favorite creature.  My oldest brother was always a prankster…

Mysterious Dimensions

Mysterious circumstances lead to unexpected discoveries. A colorful riot of unknown realities and a vivid trek to another place.

Dimensions unseen daily and yet always there. Waiting to be revealed and enjoyed. Golden awareness and shades of healing light are the inhabitants of this realm.

Colorado high country dirt road the back way to Central City, Colorado.  There is Gold in these hills,  gold mines every where.  Such a cool drive, views and place.

Hope your autumn is going well.  It has been beautiful and nice temps in Colorado.  Finally  back on line after upgrading a computer and updating another. Plus was out sick for a while when Autumn was peaking. We are at the end in the high country but hope to get another  day or two in plus we will start working on the lower elevation color changes.  Stay tuned!
