Beckoning Blue Iris

Georgia O’keefe is one of my favorite artists and I really enjoyed this quote of hers. Flowers are so very beautiful to look at and to photograph and to paint. I hope you enjoy the colorful mix of blue and green in this image. I always look forward to Spring when this flower shows up in my garden bringing color and joy to my day. Namaste

Buy PrintsblogDarkShortMarking Time Into Space

Marking a path through my destiny and dimension
I understand that traveling is essence manifest
As a way to experience life

Time offers a pause in the stream of consciousness
Life expresses all and nothing at all
As it is able to be understood

Into another reality and on to another lesson
Understand what you can now
Live even more carefully

Space contains us and offers a playground of chance
More is what it is and less is often greater
Destiny found as questions or answer

You’re going to go through tough times –

that’s life.

But I say, ‘Nothing happens to you, it happens for you.’

See the positive in negative events.

“Wild Paint”

New Mixed Media Art Painting

2014

I am not horsing around today.  Instead I am posting a tribute to a beautiful animal who brought my late Father a lot of love and joy.  His name is “Judge” and he spends his days now roaming new pastures with another human caring for him. Unfortunately, when my Dad passed away a few years ago, my Mother was unable to keep up the farm including their 5 horses.  But I am comforted by memories today…
