White Beauty

I believe that this particular flower is a type of daisy but I am not sure if it really is or now? I do know that I love white flowers with a touch of color to them. They stand out from their surroundings and provide a bright accent to my garden. This photograph was taken in Winthrop Wa, in Washington State. This town is located in the Pacific Northwest near the Okanogan National Forest. I enjoy a variety of blooms throughout the season in my little paradise and I hope that you enjoy them also 🙂

Pretty In Pink Garden Art

I really love flowers and the Peony is no exception. This pretty pink example of one was found in my Pacific Northwest garden. I look forward to their vibrant blooms in the spring/summer and it is always a treat to see just how many blooms are ushered in each year.

I am really enjoying combining my photography and using a layering technique to isolate bloom from background. I enjoy the painted effect in the back and the clarity and light of a photograph on the main subject. Lots of fun incorporating textures into photographs.
