I am still digging around through my old portfolio.  I found these little angels swimming in the ocean of boards and papers.  They looked so crisp and clean until I scanned them and saw the close ups.  You can see the irregularities in the amount of ink applied to different areas.  There is also an ink “bleed” on the lines.  I am sure I was quite pleased back then, but with the perfectionism of the computer age, this would not fly now. 😉

Many lightning bolts striking on the horizon with a communication tower in South Boulder County, Colorado.  This is 13 images stacked equal to about a  five and half minute exposure.

I’ve always thought flamingos looked a bit like aliens.  Their red eyes and long necks pose quite a striking figure.  And those pink feathers!  Does it get any stranger?

This piece is definitely a one off by me.  It started as an etching on a hard acrylic sheet that was then inked and pressed on a screen press.  I remember the acrylic being very difficult to scratch into.  I still have the block and the original sketch to this piece.  A rare find…
