Right Here Right Now

I have been reading “The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment” by Eckhart Tolle. This is a really great book and it opened my eyes to just how much I have not been living my own life. I am alive but not necessarily living. My artwork today is expressing my pure joy at finding another option for consciousness. I think that I enjoy creating art so much because it keeps me grounded in the Now. I focus so completely on what I am doing and feeling that my mind has nowhere else to go. I am in such a state of peace and contentment that I really just revel in it. The colors that come through and the positive energy that is expressed heals me as I experience it.
