My abstract artwork for today is focused on the interrelationship between the mind and the soul. In the center is the soul vibrant and filled with light and life. The outer areas of blue mixed with other shades of yellow and green is the mind and body. All of it is connected and yet separate in its form. All of life is derived within this cosmic conversation and what a pleasure that can be. Intense colors, and many shades of them, are a representation of this beauty and the endless cycles of existence. Round and round we go in ever repeating patterns of color and light. Namaste 🙂

I have been reading “The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment” by Eckhart Tolle. This is a really great book and it opened my eyes to just how much I have not been living my own life. I am alive but not necessarily living. My artwork today is expressing my pure joy at finding another option for consciousness. I think that I enjoy creating art so much because it keeps me grounded in the Now. I focus so completely on what I am doing and feeling that my mind has nowhere else to go. I am in such a state of peace and contentment that I really just revel in it. The colors that come through and the positive energy that is expressed heals me as I experience it. Commitment and Love

What a wild and crazy abstract art piece this is. All sorts of intense colors and vibrant shades. Nothing really in control and yet very peaceful at the same time. My artwork today is reflecting my ideas on Love and Commitment. Very similar to me and such an exciting experience 🙂 I am using symbols and colors to represent a story. I am really intrigued by the emotions I experience when I look deeply into the eyes of my painting. I can see it all here and yet reflected in it all is nothing at all. A paradox inside of a contained space. Much like relationships there is really no answer because the solution lies inside of the journey……. Namaste 🙂

I really love symbols and shapes and colors, and with my new Abstract Series I am exploring the idea of digital art created with different symbols and backgrounds. My artwork today is centered around love and light. I believe that love can be expressed across many colors, and not just pink and red. It is a very vibrant emotion and enjoys all sorts of drama and emotion. This particular heart is seeking to find knowledge. Not just romance but intensely deep feeling and affection. Music has an intense effect on my mood whenever I listen to it. When my ears tune in my soul takes notice. The gentle waves of sound are enough to engage my senses and lighten my heart. Memories and emotions are tied into the experience and joy follows closely behind. To me it is magic the way that something we can’t see can have such an impact on us.
